BACH FLOWER FORMULATIONS

I work with a system of 38 herbal remedies called the Bach Flower Remedies (also known as Bach Flower Essences). The remedies were created by a British doctor named Edward Bach in the 1930s. Each custom tincture is made from a selection of wildflowers from the English countryside using the same traditional methods for the last 100 years. Each remedy is associated with a specific emotional pattern or mood. Bach Flower remedies are gentle and non-aromatic and can safely be administered to children in their diluted form. Your custom designed formulation will contain up to 7 essences.

All flower essence blends are sourced from Nelsons in the UK, which has been appointed the honorary seal “By appointment to His Majesty the King”. This means that some of the same products suggested have been used in the household of the Royal Family of the United Kingdom.

Although some people may be new to the Bach Flower Remedies, they are very well known across Europe, having been used for the last 100 years in the UK alone. You can find Dr. Bach’s original emergency formula, Rescue Remedy (which includes 4 of the 38 remedies), in Shoppers Drug Mart, Safeway and Superstore in Canada. Yes, it has gone mainstream because it works!

During talk sessions, we will highlight specific patterns you wish to work through. A customized flower essence formulation will be thoughtfully designed and suggested for you, based on your unique, individual emotional needs. The formula will help you to emphasize emotional awareness to get to the root of potential repressed feelings and unhealthy patterns, ultimately transforming your outlook and how you approach challenging emotions or situations in your life.

Together, we will work to nurture courage, confidence, self-acceptance, and a deeper connection with your authentic self all in a way that is tailored to your individual needs. This can in turn help to restore balance and a sense of ease in your life. Throughout the process, reflection through self-analysis and journaling is encouraged but remains optional, as it helps to track progress, including changes in your emotional state or behaviour patterns.
